I started my day with a sinful breakfast of appeltaart met zweep chreamin in Amsterdam and then boarded a small plane destined for Berlin. I was there to facilitate a two day retreat and provide strategic advice to the incredible global NGO, Transparency International.
During my three days of free time I didn't make it to the Brandenburg Gate or Berlin Wall but I did get to Curry 36. It is where the currywurst was invented. Today currywurst is a staple street food all over Berlin...and as you may remember in Episode 92 I sampled Berlin's famous bretzel's at The Bretzel Bar which is in the same neighborhood as The Bretzel Bar. You'll find their exact locations on the Culinary Compass Map.
