Penny - As far as the stove it is made by a commedcial company called Capitol. They are VERY VERY VERY expensive but amazing.
Now as far as the asparagus, you said you'll try it. Can you promise to post a comment here once you do so Olivia and I know how it turned out?

I have a question for you. What kind of stove to you have? Ours has died and we need a new one and I am having a hard time deciding what to get. Yours looks like a good one. Is it?

You continue to amaze me at how comfortable you are on camera. I am watching this while you are cooking a different version for Aunt Debi, Uncle Billy and I. Can't wait to taste your new creation :)
