Thanks buddy. last night we had a dinner party and I did a vodka, rum and pear granita. The possibilities are simply endless.

Although I love all of your Culinary Compass entries this one really energized me. You showed how amazingly simple it is to make granitas....something I had totally forgotten about. Thanks for pushing the culinary envelope for me once again!
